CASA CHIC Palermo architecture was inspired in a typical New York Soho building. This is an 800 square meters building with a combination of an iron façade with worn-out bricks.
The internal floors are a calcareous mix specially created for this space: rustic wooden floors, dark parquet and marble in the bathrooms.
The color palette worships black, dark grays and suntans.
The terraces and internal patios were designed to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. That is why, garden style furniture, glass eaves and a lot of plants were included
In the first floor lobby you can find a central old English club style bar that –combined with Chester sofas, libraries, tables and straight line chairs- creates an ideal space for expositions and art exhibitions as well as receptions in general.
For the rooms, we chose an urban style combined with natural colors and dark tones in order to accomplish complete neutrality.
